I had a long post about Drake

I had a long post about Drake and how I couldn’t make up my mind about him, but I never finished it and it’s way overdue, so fuck it.

I was going to talk about:

-How I think he can rap

-He can rap, but doesn’t deserve shine over other, far more talented artists because he’s just a rich Jewish black boy from Canada who has industry hookups from his TV career

-He’s fucking annoying

-He needs to stop trying to be the next Wayne

But who cares anymore? I mean, he’s already famous and people love him. All I’m saying is this: for someone who has blown up so fast and obviously not without help from others, he doesn’t deserve to act like he’s the shit 24/7 a la Yeezy. Even though I’m about 23% glad that he is bringing some decent rhymes back to the radio (especially since Hov turned super old and started to sound like a malfunctioning rapping robot), you need to pay SOME dues.
